Weekend and Bunday

It is the Halloween weekend and our neighbour kindly gave us some Halloween cupcakes, which was very tasty... No one has come calling for candy other than the bunnies, seems Mister M can eat all the Halloween candy for himself tomorrow.

Mister M and I have had a slow weekend and sat in the house watching TV, petting bunnies and doing some house chores.

And we went on a walk, and I found two more pokemons, but forgot to take a picture so I had Mister M take some.

And we took some shots of the ear warmers that we at GachaStitches are almost done writing up.
I love reflective yarn!

 Valmin loves his new box.

Mimle keeps pestering me for treats, as always.

I am still crocheting the Halloween table runner and have turned now and am more than halfway down, but I only have one more day or so before putting it away for the year...

Bunday and a new friend

Valmin is better, yay!
He is pooping and eating and drinking and jumping and generally making mischief like a bunny should. Mimle is happy, although she is a bit upset the critical care has stopped coming. And Valmin is slowly stopping to run away when he sees me too which is a plus.

Mimle can be caring too.

Rip box
This is the underside of the bunnies box, they have chewed all the way through, Mimle was not very subtle in telling me she wanted something new to chew on...
#it wasn't me
bunstruction
It could still be useful, but it is a hazard standing like that when they start digging so we threw it out. Now I need to clear the last boxes from mum's house so the buns can get one of those instead.

Bunday treats.

Bunnies have had herbs and hay-cakes on the floor and the humans have eaten the last of the apple cake and even some cupcakes from the neighbours. And sushi on Friday as usual and taco on Saturdays is the new thing, bunnies love taco Saturday because they get rocket.

Oh, and we have a new pet! A pikachu.
Remember last week when I saw one on our walk and it ran away, well I have one now. Hah!

Other then that
my box is finished, and I have done a lot more on some secret stuff since it is less than three months 'til Christmas and all.

Bunday everywhere

First some herbs for breakfast....

then Mimle gets rocket in the kitchen since she came fast as a rocket the minute she heard the refrigerator open.
for those of us who can't hear the refrigerator or the bunnyslave'a calls they get special treatment and the rocket served in the bun cave...

all is well here in the bunny warren. Humans are busy and bunnies are not.

Tadaima~ Honey I am home!

Here was the bunnies before we left, all lovey-dovey and sharing their food in peace.
The bunny sitter came and spoiled them rotten and gave us pictures and piece of mind which was great and helped us have fun on our trip.
Which we did.
I am thinking of doing some posts to talk about what we did that was fun and share some fun snaps.

I wanted to start off since it is bun day and all to show off some of the bunny things we bought.
There are a lot of bunny things in Japan, so we bought a lot of traditional looking rabbit and the moon things in Kyoto.
A fan
Bento fabric
A mirror
Two coasters in fabric
Chopstick-holders (these were not traditional jumping over the moon bunnies)
And some stamps. (We also bought a stamp of a matsuri but I will show that in a later post)
GachaGacha bunnies
Post it of a bunny
A lovely bag
And at the airport I bought a bunny umbrella that can be attached to a bag.

I don't think I bought any rabbit things in Tokyo come to think of it... (other than in Disneyland but I think those will be for the Disney-land post.) but I did buy lots of other things.

Here are some snaps that the bunny-sitter kindly sent us. ^^

And here we are back with the bunnies, we have been home a few days now and are still not done washing the clothes, but the bunnies don't seem to mind.
Except now both their and our daily-rhythm is off, I am up earlier and their siesta is earlier too...

Mimle gave me a small tentative lick yesterday so I am happy even though I see mostly their butts and them hiding. I think they might be a bit miffed with us being gone for so long even though they were excellently taken care of.

Bringebær og Bunday

Bunnies are once again chilling. We have not, it is not yet vacation time here in the burrow and Mister M is busy working still. Last weekend we helped my cousin move and we were at friends yesterday watching Harry Potter and eating dinner. We also got berries and caramel popcorn which was delicious!

Oh, and yeah, I have played a little Pokémongo. So it seems like we have another little critter in our house.

An Eevee. She was cute...

I have finished staining outside, or rather our neighbour kindly did it for us. I did do some which meant I couldn't leave the house for 24 hours as I had done outside the front door and I had to let Mister M go out of the side door which doesn't have an outside lock. Since there was less painting than I had thought I bought some more and have started on the doll cradle, I bought a very soft purple which I really like, I just wonder how many coats it will take before the dark blue is gone.

Look what we have in our "yard",  a raspberry bush! The bunnies got some and were delighted. Mister M got the last and was also delighted. I hope it sprouts and grows more, I love raspberries.

I have bought these little trolls a clicker so we will see how easy they will learn new things, I am hoping Mimle will have fun with it at least, she is quite bright. Valmin is more like his coat shade, not so bright but soft and fluffy. And they are still not done with the molting!

-Please Sir, May I have some more?

These days we are watching J-drama again, and I have rediscovered Full house which is a hoot, I love old shows, and we are watching Quantum Leap. Also we are still decluttering and going trough things and throwing away and donating stuff, it is weird how much one accumulates, but I will not become a horder!

I am still chugging away on the next gacha pattern, the reveal is so close now, but you have to wait a bit more. So I can't show too much yet, but here is another little peak, what do you think we are making?

Natsu/Netsu Bunday Party

Bunnies are happy since we cleaned house today again. Although Mimle does not look very happy here but that is because while we clean she has this face on. I may or may not have accidentally pulled their cardboard house off the carpet to vacuum and marvelled at how heavy it was since all the clean clothes was on it, and then first one bunny left and then another with quite a disdainful flick of the feet towards me. I am still in the doghouse I think.

I also may or may not have purchased some yarn last month and this month, because there may or may not have been a sale. First on wool and then on cotton, how could I refuse. And since I am a sucker for a sale I buy just above the minimum limit to get free shipping even though I did not plan on buying that much... I haven't had the heart to do the maths, but, three balls of yarn in there are *Kio's and some are for gachastitches so it is not all me.
On the plus side, I found a use for my mothers old doll cradle.
and there is still room for more.

And I have finished six of ten squares in the cotton gachastitches and three of nine in the wool gachastitches pattern, so it is getting closer to revealing, so far I haven't found any trouble. *knockonwood*

I also may or may not have started packing for our summer vacation, there is after all less than a month to go. Also I may or may not have packed a pair of wool socks, I know, where we are going it is going to be warm, but I made that mistake in Barcelona and almost died of hypothermia under the aircondition and will not make the same mistake again. Now I need to think about books and most importantly what crochet/knitting supplies I will bring. Something easy but which might take a while, like another knitted scarf, and perhaps something more challenging, like the gachastitches pattern we are testing? Need to think about this some more...
But I am not bringing the bunnies no matter how much they sit in my suitcase.

Also we got the pokèmon game, but since I have a fever we decided against going out to catch them all for now. I want to get better first.
熱があるんです。

Picture from Miss Felt

AND AND AND
I have tickets! I am fulfilling one of my decade long dreams! I am going to Japan to see Hello!Project. I get to see Morning Musume16, Cute, Angerme, country girls, juice=juice, kobushi and tsubaki factory and I am so happy! The tickets went for sale today and our friend Miss Felt in Japan fixed some for us and she is coming too, she used to be a fan and somehow I got her hooked on the new factories. We are going to Japan and we are going to karaoke, shopping, eating and sightseeing but the most important part in my book was the concert which is why we had to go in the warmest seasonXD

Today's song, Kiss, summer party.
Fits well with having a fever.
Too bad they are all graduated.
But at least I get to see Masaki.

Lazy Bunday

Hello, how was your weekend? Our was nice, not doing anything in particular though except hanging out. Doing some housework, going on a walk, and looking at our DVD's to see if there were any we were never going to watch again and I think we took about twenty to be donated. Well, we haven't gone yet, they have just been put in a box.

It does feel nice to give away things that are not needed and just stay around the house as clutter. But still there are things everywhere here... Maybe we need to look at furniture next?

Bunnies have been taking it slow. Eating on the bed, binky-ing in the evenings and siesta-ing all day.
Just being bunnies I guess.

They have even been nice(er) and more loveable towards each other.

Mimle has as usual demanded cuddles from every human each time we've walked past. This little bun can never get enough cuddles. Too bad they are molting, again!

Birthday and Bunday

So Happy Birthday Mister M! I hope you had a blast even though
we had a slow day at home.
We made sushi and baked a whole cake just for us.
(We did give some to the neighbours.)

I hope you liked your presents. I had fun picking them out.

Other than that the bunnies have been super lazy all day.
We have not, we have done some cleaning, clearing the storage a bit, going for a walk and changing the curtains and washing them as you can see in the next picture where Mimle is up to no good.

Mister M's haul.
This weekend we saw three movies, one Finnish/Swedish (hallonbåtsflyktningen), one Swedish (Hundreåringen som klatret ut av vinduet og forsvant) and one Icelandic (Rams). And we laughed a lot on the first two, the third was funny too, but not as funny as the others since there were some sad moments. I would recommend seeing all of them. The Rams one had some gorgeous Icelandic knitted sweaters so if you are a knitting fan I would strongly recommend watching.
